International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference
A major event for the IT&C sector worldwide, took place in Bucharest, between September 26 and October 14, 2022, at the Palace of the Parliament.
We are grateful to have carried out this project, which has brought real political, diplomatic, economic and social benefits to our country.
Together with 360 Revolution and Escape Group, our traditional partners, we made all the technical production for the 21st edition of the Conference of Plenipotentiaries of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
I built from scratch a conference room for 2000 participants, in 3 weeks. Hall equipped with stage, furniture, audio-video equipment, conference systems and interpreting equipment.
We ensured for 3 weeks, 24/7, technical assistance that would comply with the highest technical and audiovisual standards and requirements, at an international level.
All this in over 20 rooms simultaneously!
